Front desk assistant

You welcome visitors at the reception desk.
You are the point of contact for practical questions.
You offer tourist information about the region.
You are customer-friendly and can make customer-friendly phone calls.
You are good with the PC.

Guide

You are interested in the figure of Damien.
You are hospitable.
You understand the art of welcoming groups.
You can captivate an audience with an accurate and inspiring story.
You like varying contacts with national and international visitors.

Educational supervisor

You want to familiarise yourself with museum content.
You are child-friendly.
You know how to enthuse young people.
You are creative with all kinds of work forms.
You have the organisational skills to guide a group of visitors.

(*) Volunteering in a family context is possible. Sharing tasks together as a family or with grandparents is possible.
